A neighbourhood property office, not a call centre

Om Properties works out of a small shop on Rawal Nagar Cabin Road in Bhayandar East. Two people run it — O. N. Pandey and Mukesh Pandey — and you speak to one of them from the first call to the day you get the keys.

We are registered with the housing regulator under RERA No. A51700023583. Every listing we bring you is checked for clear title, society dues and occupancy papers before a site visit is arranged, and we say no to deals we would not do ourselves.
